Excellent. Ok, I have several offerings, but you can choose whichever you wish.
1. Tea Gardner/Anzu Mazaki from anime Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters in my third redesign:

For major details, Padme must be fully clothed, no nudity allowed, her hair must be all wet, her legs and boobs must be fully/completely submerged in water while her hands must be fully/completely above and near the water, water must be nontransparent. For other details, Padme should be treading water with both hands while struggling to regain her balance and keep herself afloat and she should be having a just a little bit distressed facial expression while Lolita should be on the rock either munching a seagrape or drinking a refreshing juice while having a friendly/greetful facial expression while asking Padme how she's doing (without bubble texts with dialogues).

For other details, Sharn and Mara should look a little bit struggled as they learn how to swim while Diane keeps her cool and encourages them not to be afraid of drowning but to enjoy swimming without worries. It should look like Sharn and Mara are learning how to swim.
